Responsibilities

• Spearhead the procurement process for IT Software, Hardware, and Services, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational scaling and efficiency through strategic CRM, ERP, and SaaS procurements.
• Develop and maintain key strategic relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to support market growth.
• Negotiate costs and terms to optimize total cost of ownership for the organization.
• Streamline the source-to-pay process in conjunction with finance and stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and execution.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in strategic procurement and indirect category management.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in technology sourcing, including hardware/software networking and service agreements.
• Strong strategic sourcing and contract negotiation skills, with a proficiency in analyzing opportunities and financials.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders thoughtfully and effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration or Engineering.
• Experience in the autonomous vehicle or high-tech safety-critical industry.
• Background in New Product Introduction (NPI) environments and collaboration with PMO or engineering teams.
