Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with project objectives.
• Manage and prioritize project backlogs and plans to ensure on-time delivery of features and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Monitor and uphold quality metrics, ensuring projects meet high standards of quality and excellence.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project updates to business leaders, highlighting key achievements and progress.
• Oversee major projects, including budget management and resource allocation.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively articulate business needs to technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience in IT environments, including QA, application development, and requirement gathering.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Access for enhanced data analysis.
• Formal training in Business Analysis or Project Management is advantageous.
• Experience in agile project delivery methodologies.
