We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr Report Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business reporting through data validation and quality checks.
Responsibilities
- Write and validate SQL queries using Databricks to support business reporting.
- Perform data quality checks and reconciliations to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data and reporting metrics.
- Document metric definitions and assumptions for clarity and consistency.
- Support audits and operational reviews by providing necessary documentation and insights.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, preferably with Databricks experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and reporting validation.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with data reconciliation processes and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly.
