We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr Report Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business reporting through data validation and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Write and validate SQL queries using Databricks to support business reporting.
• Perform data quality checks and reconciliations to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data and reporting metrics.
• Document metric definitions and assumptions for clarity and consistency.
• Support audits and operational reviews by providing necessary documentation and insights.

Skills

• Proficiency in SQL, preferably with Databricks experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality and reporting validation.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Familiarity with data reconciliation processes and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly.
