Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to enhance team productivity.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, user guides, and release notes to support project initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional engagements and manage operational processes for efficiency.
- Track deliverables and ensure timely execution against project milestones.
- Audit and maintain internal knowledge resources to ensure accuracy and usability for team members.
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple workstreams effectively.
- Proficiency in knowledge management and content curation.
- Ability to produce clear, executive-ready reports from consolidated data.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a technology or consulting environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
