Remote in the US working 8 - 5 EST.
Join our team as an IT Support Tech, where you'll have the opportunity to provide crucial technical support and collaborate across various teams. Your skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving will be key in enhancing our service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support for staff by resolving escalated incidents.
- Maintain and troubleshoot end-user workstations, addressing hardware and software concerns.
- Manage and provide assistance with printer and scanner setups.
- Offer support for various software applications, primarily focusing on the MS Office suite.
- Identify incident trends and communicate effectively to resolve issues promptly.
- Engage in Major Incident Management activities when required.
- Ensure documentation is current and develop new Knowledge Articles as necessary.
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of ServiceNow experience required.
- Proficiency in Windows with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively within and across teams.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate accountability.
Preferred Skills
- Technical certifications are advantageous.
- Experience with Active Directory, Mac OS, and printer set ups is beneficial.
- Knowledge of LAN WAN functionality and internet browsers is a plus.
