Responsibilities

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in UX, design research, psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of successful UX research experience.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, engaging diverse audiences.
• Competency in diverse research methodologies and tools, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services or banking sector is advantageous.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Flexibility in adapting research methods based on project timelines and goals.
• Robust analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
