We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage various projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and business units to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and implement contingency plans to address potential risks.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Resolve project issues by engaging with relevant parties and facilitating discussions.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior project leaders in project management best practices.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Experience in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
