We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a focus on Vendor Management and Construction to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical projects while enhancing workplace safety and health across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors managing workstation decommissioning and installation projects.
- Coordinate and oversee equipment installations from initiation to completion, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Manage multiple sites simultaneously, adapting to project needs and schedules while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct preliminary calls with sites and facilitate kickoff meetings to align project objectives and expectations.
- Provide regular updates and metrics for reporting on project progress and performance.
- Travel to various locations as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, particularly in vendor management and construction settings.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects and ensuring all process steps are executed reliably.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with procurement processes and tools, such as Coupa.
- Familiarity with project management software like Asana.
- Knowledge of safety technologies and their application in workplace settings.
- Background in construction or related industries is a plus, but not required.
