Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for in-person onboarding programs and coordinate all event details effectively.
• Facilitate seamless communication with new hires, setting up timely notifications and reminders.
• Organize and confirm speakers for events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and updates are made after each session.
• Keep track of program schedules, dates, and potential conflicts with holidays or company events.
• Create insightful reports on program performance, tracking attendance and satisfaction.
• Prepare thorough documentation to ensure the program can continue efficiently.

Skills

• Proven ability in event coordination and program management, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling logistics for large groups, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Background in the tech or startup sector, enhancing the ability to adapt in innovative settings.
• Previous experience with learning and development operations is a plus.
