We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives that support our supply chain, logistics, and product lifecycle systems. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful projects in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-workstream technology programs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee all aspects of program execution, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to coordinate delivery plans.
- Track and communicate program status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and resolve execution risks in mission-critical environments, ensuring operational continuity.
- Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to maintain execution rigor.
Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.
- Strong skills in planning, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with supply chain or logistics systems, such as WMS or OMS.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models.
- Ability to influence decisions at various organizational levels.
