We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale technology initiatives that support our supply chain, logistics, and product lifecycle systems. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multi-workstream technology programs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of program execution, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to coordinate delivery plans.
• Track and communicate program status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and resolve execution risks in mission-critical environments, ensuring operational continuity.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to maintain execution rigor.

Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.
• Strong skills in planning, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with supply chain or logistics systems, such as WMS or OMS.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models.
• Ability to influence decisions at various organizational levels.
