We're seeking a creative User Experience Designer to enhance the customer experience of our flagship IT product, a crucial desktop application. Join our team and play a key role in building and refining a product that supports productivity through user-centered design and cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Craft detailed process flows and dynamic visual design mockups to communicate interaction behaviors effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape business and feature requirements, informed by user data and research.
- Optimize feature performance through active involvement in usability testing and analytics interpretation.
- Present design concepts to various teams and executives, seeking constructive feedback for improvement.
- Lead initiatives in user interface design best practices and innovation for web applications.
Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in providing interaction design solutions for web/software applications.
- Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficient in Figma and well-versed in web-based information architecture and design principles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and relevant work experience.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to convey complex design ideas across diverse audiences.
- Proactive, detail-oriented team player focused on enhancing user experiences.
- Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile setting, and working alongside highly technical teams.
