We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about internal controls and compliance, and who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute the SOX program, including testing and validation of internal controls.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive work-papers for audits.
- Conduct operational audits based on risk assessments, focusing on various processes.
- Assist in IT-related projects and demonstrate an eagerness to learn.
- Coordinate and participate in process walkthroughs to identify and design key controls.
Skills
- 3+ years of relevant experience in internal auditing or public accounting.
- Strong understanding of SOX requirements and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying audit findings.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are preferred.
- Experience with Auditboard or similar auditing software.
- A versatile and adaptable approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
