• Create and refine AI agent tools to assist with contract analysis and supplier summaries.
• Develop efficient workflow automations to streamline procurement processes and enhance data synchronization.
• Provide training and support, including developing materials and conducting onboarding sessions.
• Ensure vendor master data accuracy and compile standard reports and dashboards.

Skills

• Proven experience in procurement and source-to-pay operations or related fields.
• Expertise in using procurement platforms such as Level Path or Coupa.
• Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Strong communication skills for engaging diverse audiences effectively.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems like SAP, especially in contracts or supplier management.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI.
