• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and streamline deliverables.
• Engage with data stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure products meet business objectives.

Skills

• Strong background in product ownership and enterprise application integration, ideally within HRIS or insurance sectors.
• Proficiency in writing technical documentation for APIs and data transformation workflows.
• Excellent grasp of data lineage and processing stages.
• Exceptional communication abilities to effectively engage diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with platforms like Workday, ADP, or cloud-native environments such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and methodologies.
• Background in data governance and quality management.
• Holding an Agile certification would be advantageous.
