Skills

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technical setting, demonstrating leadership in Agile frameworks.
• Competence in utilizing BI and data tools, with proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a collaborative approach.

Preferred Skills

• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, SSM).
• Background in the insurance or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance protocols.
