We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sustainability initiatives and enhancing supplier decarbonization efforts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data and systems to support sustainability initiatives.
• Design and execute segmentation analyses to prioritize stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare performance reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into program KPIs.
• Lead data validation efforts to ensure accuracy of reported metrics.
• Identify opportunities to scale operations through AI and automation.

Skills

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to leverage data to identify trends and generate actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce and BI platforms such as QuickSight.
• Background in sustainability frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Previous experience with Amazon or similar environments is a plus.
