Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive and efficient tools by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct thorough user research to understand needs and optimize workflows.
- Create comprehensive UX artifacts, such as wireframes and user flows, to guide product goals.
- Utilize data to analyze user interactions and enhance user experiences.
- Test design concepts with users to refine and validate design decisions.
Skills
- Proven expertise in UX Product Design with a focus on human-centered methodologies.
- Proficiency with Figma and Jira for collaborative design and project tracking.
- Strong skills in interaction design and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensuring accessibility and inclusive design practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise software design.
- Ability to balance qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Familiarity with agile environments and design facilitation.
