Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize the performance of features by participating in usability testing and analyzing feedback.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine solutions.
• Contribute to best practices in user interface design and stay updated on ecommerce trends.

Skills

• 7+ years of experience in interaction design for web or software applications.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex design concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Deep understanding of usability principles and user-centered design practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ecommerce and designing for high-traffic applications.
• Proficiency in prototyping with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Knowledge of conversational commerce and AI applications.
• Experience with social media marketing and outbound marketing channels.
