Responsibilities

• Create, review, and distribute operational and performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze data processing activities to detect inconsistencies or delays, collaborating with teams to address them.
• Engage in service level tracking and performance management by conducting in-depth metric analysis and generating reports.
• Work closely with analytics, data engineering, and operations to guarantee consistent and precise data outputs.
• Deliver clear communication of updates, trends, and risks to stakeholders to maintain transparency.
• Document and standardize reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and audit readiness.

Skills

• Experience in analytics, data operations, or performance management roles with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret and validate data findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Power BI, including dashboard reviews and metric validation.
• Basic to intermediate experience with SQL Server for query reading and data verification.
