We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead impactful initiatives within our organization. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant projects that enhance our platform and improve processes, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale initiatives focused on product development and platform enhancement.
- Manage the full life cycle of key programs, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve dependencies while tracking project progress and risks.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and operations teams.
- Drive strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs across various departments.
- Utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making and create clarity in project goals.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Proven experience in managing complex migrations and integrations.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating self-drive and urgency.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scripting languages and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures.
- Track record of successful collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
