We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the management of a performance management platform. This role combines stakeholder coordination with hands on execution to ensure smooth operations and successful delivery of key initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements for implementation.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Lead execution of recurring performance management cycles and related projects.
- Support issue resolution and ensure ongoing platform stability.
- Participate in testing activities to validate solutions meet business requirements.
Skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module configuration and administration.
- Strong ability to work across business and IT teams.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Proven experience supporting system or platform related projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting performance management or HR systems.
- Experience providing guidance or direction to team members.
