We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for an experienced professional looking to make a significant impact by supporting ongoing development and integration within our Workday environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP interfaces.
- Develop and maintain payroll interfaces and downstream integrations, ensuring seamless operation.
- Create and manage custom Workday reports and calculated fields to meet business needs.
- Support Workday Prism Analytics datasets and reporting for cross-system analytics.
- Collaborate with the Senior Workday Architect to implement approved technical designs and standards.
- Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday experience in an enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in Workday integrations, including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP.
- Experience supporting payroll interfaces and developing custom reports within Workday.
- Ability to support production Workday tenants and manage recurring releases effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and developing Workday Extend applications.
- Workday Integration or Extend certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with global HR, payroll, or finance system integrations will be beneficial.
