Join our team as a Quickbase Platform Specialist, where you’ll take ownership of a highly customized Quickbase environment supporting Professional Services operations, project workflows, and reporting. This role is hands-on and focused on maintaining, enhancing, and evolving an established platform while partnering closely with the business.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance complex Quickbase applications in a highly customized environment.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support operational visibility and decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement enhancements aligned to business and project management workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper application of business logic.
• Support and train internal users on platform functionality and best practices.
• Contribute to automation and AI initiatives, including work related to Copilot Studio.

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience building and customizing Quickbase applications in complex environments.
• Experience supporting Professional Services operations or working with PSA tools.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle workflows and reporting needs.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a critical internal system.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Effective communication skills for supporting users and collaborating with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI / automation tools.
  Experience working within heavily customized or scaled Quickbase environments.
