Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for application teams, aiding in delivering applications/services across diverse cloud platforms
• Implement monitoring, logging, backup, security measures, and more for cloud workloads
• Troubleshoot and solve issues related to cloud workloads for internal customers
• Contribute to the development and deployment of our Continuous Infrastructure Automation platform
• Create and maintain templates for provisioning, configuration, and securing cloud infrastructure and services
• Engage in enterprise change and release management processes

Skills

• Proven experience in cloud engineering, with expertise in public cloud services like AWS and Azure
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools like Ansible and Terraform
• Solid understanding of agile processes, DevOps, and ITIL practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent team collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Comfortable with CI/CD and automation tools like GitLab and Jenkins
• Experience with git-based repository tools, including Bitbucket
• Knowledge of cloud-native engineering and networking concepts
• Experience in extended work hours and participation in on-call rotations
