• Proven experience in change management and organizational development.

• Demonstrated capability in building relationships and influencing stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within marketing organizations and familiarity with marketing tools.
• Knowledge of behavioral change theories and practices.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate results and drive continuous improvement.
