Responsibilities
- Guide and manage product backlog delivery in coordination with scrum teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of sprints, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Communicate product vision and progress with stakeholders effectively.
- Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Document and drive project strategies, ensuring they move forward smoothly.
- Define and manage the product roadmap for complex initiatives.
Skills
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in client-facing scenarios.
- Strong leadership and presentation skills with a proactive work approach.
- Skilled in Agile methodologies, with experience in managing user stories and product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience within the healthcare payer sector or working on healthcare-related products.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Analytical skills coupled with a collaborative approach to learning and improvement.
- Background in digital agencies and knowledge of various software development life cycles.
