Preferred Skills

• Experience within the healthcare payer sector or working on healthcare-related products.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Analytical skills coupled with a collaborative approach to learning and improvement.
• Background in digital agencies and knowledge of various software development life cycles.
