We are seeking a dedicated Regulatory Operations Lead to join our team in a remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic regulatory solutions and influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of regulatory products and programs across various jurisdictions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, creating dashboards for effective reporting.
- Oversee the implementation of complex regulatory products, ensuring compliance with evolving legal requirements.
- Translate emerging regulatory trends into actionable strategies for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with technical partners to design automated compliance solutions.
- Identify and resolve regulatory risks, coordinating with legal and policy teams.
- Drive high-impact projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal compliance, or program management.
- Strong ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in building scalable technical solutions and utilizing data analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex information to diverse audiences.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing abilities to align cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL and dashboard/BI tools for data management.
- Familiarity with operationalizing regulatory workflows across different teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
