We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within our Merchandising domain. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful projects while collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs within the Owned Brand Product Lifecycle Management space.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and business teams to establish clear priorities and shared outcomes.
- Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage interdependencies across multiple teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Facilitate program governance through status reporting and stakeholder updates.
- Identify and proactively resolve risks and conflicting priorities.
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps and delivery strategies.
- Champion best practices in program and project management across teams.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for various audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Technology, Merchandising, Retail, or Product Lifecycle Management domains.
- Familiarity with integrated systems or enterprise platforms.
- Background in large organizations and knowledge of program management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
