We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within our Merchandising domain. This role offers the opportunity to drive impactful projects while collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs within the Owned Brand Product Lifecycle Management space.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and business teams to establish clear priorities and shared outcomes.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage interdependencies across multiple teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Facilitate program governance through status reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Identify and proactively resolve risks and conflicting priorities.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps and delivery strategies.
• Champion best practices in program and project management across teams.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives across diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for various audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Technology, Merchandising, Retail, or Product Lifecycle Management domains.
• Familiarity with integrated systems or enterprise platforms.
• Background in large organizations and knowledge of program management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
