Are you passionate about data and eager to drive impactful decisions in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer III to join a dynamic team and lead the charge in understanding customer behavior and enhancing our business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate program features and marketing content to understand customer response and retention trends.
- Design, build, and maintain insightful metrics and reports on program health and performance.
- Conduct statistical tests such as A/B and multivariate experiments to improve decision-making processes.
- Respond to dynamic business inquiries, providing in-depth analysis of customer behavior patterns.
- Utilize data mining and model building to identify pivotal trends and drive strategic planning.
Skills
- Proven experience working with large-scale and complex datasets.
- Strong analytical skills capable of translating business questions into actionable analytics.
- Proficient in SQL with a solid understanding of data handling and querying.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SAS or similar statistical tools is advantageous.
- An advanced degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or marketing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
