Responsibilities

• Evaluate program features and marketing content to understand customer response and retention trends.
• Design, build, and maintain insightful metrics and reports on program health and performance.
• Conduct statistical tests such as A/B and multivariate experiments to improve decision-making processes.
• Respond to dynamic business inquiries, providing in-depth analysis of customer behavior patterns.
• Utilize data mining and model building to identify pivotal trends and drive strategic planning.

Skills

• Proven experience working with large-scale and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical skills capable of translating business questions into actionable analytics.
• Proficient in SQL with a solid understanding of data handling and querying.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAS or similar statistical tools is advantageous.
• An advanced degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or marketing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
