We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager focused on Product Innovation to lead strategic marketing initiatives for a renowned pet product brand. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and commercialization of new products and line extensions to enhance brand growth.
- Manage innovation projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Conduct consumer insights analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D, creative, and supply chain teams to deliver products on time and within scope.
- Oversee go-to-market planning, including positioning, packaging, and launch strategies.
- Track and analyze launch performance, providing insights for future innovation efforts.
- Serve as a liaison across internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or innovation within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven project management skills, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the pet care, food, or wellness industries.
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with stage-gate innovation processes and consumer research methodologies.
- Experience with syndicated data analysis tools such as Circana or Nielsen.
