We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead transformative initiatives at a dynamic institution located in Brooklyn, Ohio. This pivotal role requires expertise in project management methodologies to drive successful outcomes and establish trusted advisory relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead diverse projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder interests.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage dependencies, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate communication strategies and reporting to engage project team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Identify and address project risks and issues, and propose corrective actions promptly.
- Manage project financials and determine resource utilization needs, facilitating budgetary requests independently.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management within diverse domains, utilizing methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
- Strong leadership skills to coordinate teams and drive project strategy effectively.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with industry trends.
- Project Management Professional (PMI) certification is desirable.
