Responsibilities

• Lead diverse projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder interests.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage dependencies, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate communication strategies and reporting to engage project team members and stakeholders effectively.
• Identify and address project risks and issues, and propose corrective actions promptly.
• Manage project financials and determine resource utilization needs, facilitating budgetary requests independently.

• Proven experience in project management within diverse domains, utilizing methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate teams and drive project strategy effectively.
• Excellent communication abilities, including written, verbal, and presentation skills tailored to various audiences.
• Ability to analyze complicated problems, execute strategic plans, and make decisive actions under pressure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services industry and familiarity with industry trends.
• Project Management Professional (PMI) certification is desirable.
