Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and effective technical support for desktop hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Assist in data migrations and restorations, and support mobile device computing as needed.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis to swiftly resolve technical issues.
- Work collaboratively with the team to manage priorities and address changing needs.
- Maintain a polished and friendly demeanor in interactions with executives and team members.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and Ivanti platforms.
- Proven ability to effectively manage competing priorities and excellent time management skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in desktop support within a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with network and telecom troubleshooting.
- Understanding of processes and procedures in large organizations.
- Experience providing VIP support or white-glove service.
