Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and management of compliance-related projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the training and onboarding program, enhancing the team's knowledge and operational efficiency.
- Draft and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and ensure compliance.
- Conduct audits and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new tools and resources for ongoing education and compliance support.
- Adapt to new regulations and communicate changes effectively across the organization.
Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, particularly in compliance or regulatory environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to navigate and adapt to emerging technologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of projects are managed effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
Preferred Skills
