We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing supply chain initiatives for innovative robotic products, working collaboratively across various teams to ensure operational excellence and cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain initiatives by collaborating with sourcing, planning, product, and engineering teams.
- Analyze and optimize costs, lead times, and supply execution for specific robotic products.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to provide updates on supply chain decisions and progress.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement process improvements to enhance operational excellence.
- Manage and report on supply chain requirements throughout product lifecycle phases.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or product operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
- Experience with supplier relationship management and performance tracking.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in robotics or electromechanical systems.
- 5+ years of experience in related fields with direct responsibility in multiple commodities.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and PLM tools.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting to executive leadership.
