Responsibilities

• Serve as the advocate for customer needs, translating them into actionable product priorities.
• Oversee and manage delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgeting activities.
• Conduct and facilitate effective Agile meetings to enhance value flow across teams.
• Communicate developments, metrics, and value outcomes to various stakeholders.
• Aid in the support of team composition and development initiatives.

Skills

• Proven expertise of over 7 years in leadership roles within analytics or software development initiatives.
• Exemplary business insight coupled with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in high-level executive interactions and presentations.
• Ability to convert business strategies into detailed and actionable plans.
• Proficient analytical skills guided by data-centric decision-making approaches.

Preferred Skills

• An academic background in business or technical disciplines is advantageous.
• Experience with Agile practices and tools, especially Jira, is beneficial.
