We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative IT solutions that drive business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to analyze and define business processes that require IT solutions.
• Identify and document high-level requirements and map the future state of solutions.
• Lead projects by linking project steps to business strategies while ensuring objectives and deadlines are met.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills for network and Microsoft workstation/server OS issues.
• Manage Azure/Intune for site device management and ensure effective Active Directory utilization.
• Oversee hardware management and troubleshooting for servers, workstations, laptops, and thin clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure components and processes.
• Engage in ticket-based request, incident, and change management systems.

Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IT analysis and support.
• Strong understanding of network troubleshooting and Microsoft OS environments.
• Proficient in Azure/Intune management and Active Directory.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead projects with minimal direction and contribute to best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with printer configuration, particularly with HP and Zebra products.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines and departments.
• Strong planning skills for short-term project execution.
