We are seeking a proactive Broadcast Infrastructure Support Technician to join our team, overseeing the seamless operation of radio studios and supporting systems. Join us in ensuring high-quality broadcasts and studio functionality.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for live and remote broadcast studios to ensure smooth operations.
• Aid in setting up, checking, and resetting studio equipment effectively.
• Address routine support requests from the production team with promptness and efficiency.
• Conduct system checks and monitoring using established tools, providing support in software installations and updates.
• Collaborate in the installation and decommissioning of broadcast and IT equipment with attention to detail and precision.
• Facilitate cabling, patching, and upkeep of physical studio environments to maintain high operational standards.
• Spearhead project work including equipment installation and documentation with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Create and maintain incident tickets for effective resolution tracking, ensuring clear communication with team members.

Skills

• Basic proficiency in Windows and macOS systems with an aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts and audio/video signal processes.
• Ability to navigate ticketing systems and collaborate harmoniously within team environments.

Preferred Skills

• A keen interest in familiarizing with IT systems, AV equipment, and broadcast environments.
• Experience or willingness to learn monitoring tools and documentation processes using MS Office or Google Docs.
