Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects focused on risk management and audit tool adoption across various operations.
- Define project requirements, plan delivery timelines, and oversee feature development.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business needs.
- Provide escalation management and anticipate potential trade-offs during project execution.

Skills
- Proven experience in program management, particularly in technical environments.
- Strong background in software development or technical leadership, with a focus on project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
