Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and document the current state of BI reports.
• Lead discussions with external partners to set clear expectations and provide updates on project progress and roadblocks.
• Offer guidance and troubleshooting support to end users for effective utilization of Microsoft BI tools.
• Utilize project tracking tools to maintain strong attention to detail and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Engage in analysis to support the migration from existing business intelligence tools to Microsoft BI solutions.

Skills

• Minimum of two years of experience working with databases and business intelligence tools, preferably Microsoft BI tools.
• Proven ability to document requirements effectively and work in an agile environment using tracking tools like Jira.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills to ensure accuracy in project deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft BI tools, particularly Report Builder, is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various audiences.
• A collaborative and inquisitive mindset that encourages engagement with all stakeholders.
• Experience working within large data warehouses and understanding business intelligence capabilities.
