Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with executive sponsors to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Develop program strategies, timelines, and deliverables to achieve impactful outcomes.
• Maintain an accurate forecast and report budget variances.
• Ensure project documentation adheres to PMO methodologies.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience in project and program management within large, multi-unit organizations.
• Supervisory experience managing large-scale projects and global teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills to convey program goals and persuade stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex business models in a global setting.
• Project Management certification such as PMP.
