Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, offering Tier 3 support when necessary.
• Collaborate with different teams to provide impeccable support and solutions for IT systems.
• Create comprehensive support documentation and train team members on operational procedures.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record with 15+ years in IT, with a focus on Windows Active Directory and system engineering.
• Expertise in automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, or Orchestrator.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in system events and logs for troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with messaging administration and email archiving solutions.
• In-depth experience with patch management and systems monitoring tools.
• Previous involvement in merger and acquisition activities is a plus.
• Technical certifications in relevant areas are highly regarded.
