Responsibilities
- Collect and prepare data from various sources for analysis and reporting.
- Validate data accuracy and identify necessary updates across systems.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data requirements are met effectively.
- Engage with clients to provide exceptional service and support data needs.
- Implement and configure software solutions to align with organizational objectives.
- Continuously monitor and update data to maintain service level agreements.
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in technology support, particularly in pre and post-implementation environments.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and data management practices.
- High proficiency in Excel, with the ability to utilize advanced formulas for data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in working with large datasets and data cleansing processes.
- Familiarity with provider network operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a decentralized team.
