Join our dynamic team as a Senior Quality Engineer, where you'll play an integral role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards and enhance our manufacturing and engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to analyze quality data and trends, driving initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Resolve product and process defects using robust Root Cause and Corrective Action methodologies.
• Engage with operators to reinforce quality standards and facilitate Non-Conformance Report reviews.
• Conduct audits and manage work packages to support project scope planning and estimate development.
• Ensure design integrity through Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) application.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field, or 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a quality engineering role within aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong technical skills in conducting Measurement System Analysis and managing Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with tiered management systems and structured escalation processes.
• Proficiency in driving initiatives focused on return on investment and continuous quality improvements.
