JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to support migration from legacy ESP to a new enterprise ESP. This role will play a key part in managing email communications, leading ESP migrations, and building scalable templates to support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support Email Service Provider (ESP) migrations, including platform setup, data migration, and testing (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze)
  • Develop, build, and maintain responsive email templates within ESP platforms
  • Partner with marketing, design, and development teams to execute email campaigns
  • Ensure emails are optimized for deliverability, performance, and user engagement
  • Manage audience segmentation, lists, and campaign workflows
  • Conduct QA testing across devices and inbox providers
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
  • Support integration of email efforts with broader digital initiatives, including the new website

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with ESP migrations (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar platforms)
  • Experience building and editing email templates within ESPs
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, including deliverability and compliance
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting
  • Experience with audience segmentation and campaign automation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SMS or mobile marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Experience integrating email platforms with CRM or CDP systems
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
