Join a creative team and lead the design of impactful digital experiences. We're looking for a Senior Digital Designer to help us create accessible and engaging web solutions for a new platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and guide digital content designs, focusing on layouts, components, and systems.
- Transform business goals and user needs into accessible designs that meet industry standards.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and practices.
- Work collaboratively with various teams including developers and content specialists.
- Create and maintain style guides and design systems to promote consistency.
- Mentor junior designers and offer constructive feedback on design projects.
Skills
- Extensive experience in digital/web design, showcasing a strong portfolio.
- Expert knowledge in accessibility standards such as ADA and WCAG.
- High proficiency in digital design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in designing large-scale or enterprise-level websites.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Background in developing or utilizing design systems.
