Responsibilities

• Design and maintain operational dashboards and reports using advanced BI tools to increase visibility into supply chain KPIs.
• Implement AI-enabled process workflows to automate tasks and improve team productivity.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to communicate program changes and implications across various stakeholders.
• Support cost reduction and lead time optimization strategies with transparent tracking and reporting.
• Enable continuous process improvement and sustain operational excellence across the product lifecycle.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management or Information Systems.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain or operations roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI tool like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills for synthesizing data from multiple sources.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI workflow tools or automation platforms.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain roles.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL or Python.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts such as lead-time management.
• Experience with ERP systems or PLM tools.
• Background in robotics or technology-intensive supply chains.
• Proven track record of identifying and resolving process inefficiencies.
