Join our team as a Business Analyst III, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing team efficiency and decision-making through the creation of innovative dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-driven workflows for supply chain initiatives. Optimize operations and contribute to a dynamic supply chain environment through cross-functional collaboration and analytical prowess.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain operational dashboards and reports using advanced BI tools to increase visibility into supply chain KPIs.
- Implement AI-enabled process workflows to automate tasks and improve team productivity.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to communicate program changes and implications across various stakeholders.
- Support cost reduction and lead time optimization strategies with transparent tracking and reporting.
- Enable continuous process improvement and sustain operational excellence across the product lifecycle.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management or Information Systems.
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain or operations roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI tool like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills for synthesizing data from multiple sources.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI workflow tools or automation platforms.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain roles.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools like SQL or Python.
- Understanding of supply chain concepts such as lead-time management.
- Experience with ERP systems or PLM tools.
- Background in robotics or technology-intensive supply chains.
- Proven track record of identifying and resolving process inefficiencies.
