We are looking for a dynamic and insightful Change Management Consultant to lead our Organizational Change Management efforts within a significant IT Transformation initiative. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by optimizing adoption and minimizing resistance to new technologies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for change management including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Identify potential risks associated with change and devise strategies for mitigating these challenges effectively.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, IT teams, business leads, and HR to ensure seamless alignment of change initiatives with overarching project goals.
- Create and deliver tailored communication and training materials to various stakeholders.
- Monitor change adoption rates and effectiveness, adjusting plans to ensure long-term success.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
- More than three years of proven experience in managing change within IT environments.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies like ADKAR or Prosci.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Change management certification such as Prosci or ACMP.
- Background in handling large-scale IT implementations like ERP, CRM, or cloud migration.
