• Communicate project updates, potential risks, and next steps clearly to stakeholders.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency across multiple channels.

Skills

• Extensive experience in creative project management, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
• Strong background in multimedia production including but not limited to photography, video, and graphic design.
• Proven ability to navigate complex projects with agility and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective partnering across teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com for tracking project progress.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing operational improvements for maintaining scalable production practices.
• Ability to report on project performance metrics effectively.
