Join a dynamic team where creativity meets coordination. We seek a skilled Creative Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects, ensuring they are on brand, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for managing creative projects, including photography, video, and graphic design.
- Establish and execute production processes and workflows efficiently.
- Communicate project updates, potential risks, and next steps clearly to stakeholders.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency across multiple channels.
Skills
- Extensive experience in creative project management, preferably within an agency or brand environment.
- Strong background in multimedia production including but not limited to photography, video, and graphic design.
- Proven ability to navigate complex projects with agility and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective partnering across teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com for tracking project progress.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience managing operational improvements for maintaining scalable production practices.
- Ability to report on project performance metrics effectively.
