Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to conceptualize and implement innovative features for iOS apps
- Draft clear, actionable requirements to guide app development
- Translate complex business needs into solutions that are user-friendly for mobile platforms
- Coordinate with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centered design
- Work closely with engineers to validate feature designs and implementations
- Enhance existing app functions for improved user performance and workflow
- Support testing processes to guarantee requirements align with business expectations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status and solutions
Skills
- Proficiency in translating business needs into detailed mobile app requirements
- Strong user story and acceptance criteria writing abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of iOS app development and integration
- Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with varied teams
- Strong analytic skills for problem-solving with close attention to details
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects independently
- Ease in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consumer-facing or internal mobile application support
- Knowledge of UX principles and mobile design patterns
- Direct work experience with iOS development teams
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar toolsets
