Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global apparel design team to bring creative concepts to life under the guidance of Design Managers and Directors.
• Engage in trend and market research to inform design decisions and support fabric and trim development.
• Contribute to technical sketching and the creation of tech packs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and seasonal guidelines.
• Work closely with Merchandising and Product Development to streamline timelines and facilitate effective product execution.
• Assume a key role in maintaining design consistency and cohesion across various product categories including Women’s, Men’s, Kids’, and Accessories.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to take direction effectively and quickly iterate on design concepts.
• Proficiency in technical sketching and creating detailed tech packs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage asset organization and timeline coordination.
